Meet Neeva

Neeva Kedem, founder of SHE Pilates & Yoga Studio  and several healthy lifestyle programs (such as Cardio Yoga and Yoga for Emotional Balance), has been a certified yoga and Pilates teacher for 15 years. 

With a background in neurology and nutrition from Harvard Medical School,  combined with extensive training in holistic Eastern and Western healing practices, Neeva offers a uniquely integrative approach to wellness.

Her life-changing programs—blending mindful movement, breathwork, nutrition, and emotional balance—have empowered thousands to transform their physical and mental well-being.

Through her compassionate guidance and transformative teachings, Neeva inspires individuals to achieve optimal health and balance in their lives.
