Studio Guidelines & Policy

  • SHE Pilates & Yoga Studio is a women-only space designed to provide a safe and empowering environment for our participants.
  • All participants must sign a waiver and release of liability form before attending any classes or events.


  1. Class Cancellation (12-Hour Notice Required)
    Please cancel your class at least
    12 hours in advance to avoid fees or losing a class credit. Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to penalties.
  2. Late arrivals
    Arriving
    at least 10 minutes early ensures a smooth and timely start. Late arrivals may not be permitted to join to prevent disruptions.
  3. Footwear Policy
    Shoes must be removed upon entering the studio.
    For safety and hygiene, all classes are conducted barefoot or with grip socks.
  4. No Cellphones During Class
    To maintain a focused and distraction-free environment,
    cell phones and electronic devices should not be used during class.
  5. Respect for Others
    Be mindful of fellow participants by maintaining a
    positive and respectful atmosphere. Please keep noise levels low and avoid disruptive behavior.
  6. Storing Personal Items
    Please place your belongings in designated storage areas.
    The studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  7. Hygiene Standards
    Personal cleanliness is important
    for a comfortable studio experience. Cleaning wipes are available—please wipe down any equipment used during class.
  8. Health & Safety
    If you have an
    injury or medical condition, please inform the instructor before class so appropriate modifications can be made. Consult a doctor before participating if you have pain, injuries, or other health concerns.
  9. Refunds
    Refunds are considered only under
    exceptional circumstances at the studio’s discretion. Requests must be submitted within the specified timeframe in accordance with our policy.
  10. Studio Etiquette
    Please follow instructor's guidance and
    adhere to studio rules. If you have any concerns or feedback, share them respectfully.
  11. Studio Membership Freeze Policy
    Members may freeze their membership up to 2 times per year, with each freeze lasting a maximum of 2 weeks per instance. Requests must be submitted in advance. Membership will automatically resume after the freeze period.

    The studio reserves the right to
    modify policies as needed. Clients will be informed of any changes via the studio’s website or other official communication channels.
