SHE offers a wide variety of Pilates and yoga classes to suit every need and level—from Hatha Flow Yoga to Power Pilates. Among our signature classes, you'll find Cardio Yoga, Yogalates, and Candlelight Yoga. We also host special Sunday workshops and events such as Kundalini Yoga, Energy Work, Sound Healing, and more. With morning, noon, evening, and weekend classes available, there's always an opportunity to join us and prioritize your well-being.
Neeva Kedem, founder of SHE Pilates & Yoga Studio and several healthy lifestyle programs (such as Cardio Yoga and Yoga for Emotional Balance), has been a certified yoga and Pilates teacher for 15 years. With a background in neurology and nutrition from Harvard Medical School, combined with extensive training in holistic Eastern and Western healing practices, Neeva offers a uniquely integrative approach to wellness.
Her life-changing programs—blending mindful movement, breathwork, nutrition, and emotional balance—have empowered thousands to transform their physical and mental well-being.
